Students will be assigned a few problems to practice what was covered in class that day. The below schedule of homework may change throughout the week. Students are only required to do the circled problems.

Math-Begin Eureka 2.4 (module 4) Students learning will be devoted to three major areas of work: building fluency in two-digit addition and subtract within 100, applying that fluency to solving one- and two- step word problems, and developing conceptual understanding of addition and subtraction multi-digit numbers within 200. Vocabulary-number bond, ten frame, benchmark number, more than (>), less than (<), equal (=), expanded form, place value, hundreds, tens, ones (units), bundling, unbundling, unit form(5 hundreds, 7 tens, 3 ones), standard form(573), written form(five hundred seventy-three). For fluency practice (+,-, + & -) google search that's a fact (Harcourt...) usually first sight. Great practice website where students set their own goals.
Science- Students will connect weathering to weather conditions. They will be exploring, like scientists, the big question, "What causes weather conditions to change in a repeated pattern?". They will be writing opinion papers with support promoting their favorite season and why using sensory words and facts gathered from non-fiction text books and brain pop jr. videos.
